All data entered into the workbook remains local to your device unless you choose to save it to a cloud location or shared drive.The Service Lane Matrix App is a browser-based tool built with standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit data to any server. Any information entered is processed and stored locally on your device using browser storage unless you choose to export it.
Neither tool includes tracking, analytics, monitoring scripts, or third-party integrations. No client, firm, or usage data is collected or transmitted by LifeCounsel Media.
Users are responsible for storing files and exported data in accordance with their firm’s confidentiality, encryption, and data-security policies. Both tools are designed to meet typical law-firm expectations for standalone planning and decision-support software and may be reviewed by firm IT or security teams if required.
